Our passion for movement
KTB movement was created from a genuine passion for movement and the way it can positively impact both physical and mental well-being. Coming from an extensive dance background, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Pilates became something that not only strengthened my body but completely changed the way I moved and felt day to day.

A community where you belong
Starting KTB was about creating the kind of space I’d always wanted myself — somewhere welcoming, empowering, and community-driven, where people can challenge themselves, move intentionally, and feel good without pressure or intimidation. What I love most about teaching Pilates is seeing people grow in confidence and strength over time. Whether it’s someone feeling stronger in their body, improving their posture and mobility, or simply using the class as time for themselves, it’s incredibly rewarding helping people reconnect with movement in a positive way.
